First post for 2017!!
Just wanted to share something amusing that happened to me last night.
Last evening, I was at my house downstairs when I spotted this cute cat which I rarely saw in my neighbourhood.
Being a cat lover, I called it over and it started walking around my feet and it seemed rather hungry. It also keep meowing at me and it laid on the floor and show me its (fat) tummy. (I think it was trying to act cute to me)
The cat's hard efforts paid off and melted my heart. So I went back to go my house and bring down the remaining can of cat food that I bought previously.
I came down but can't seem to find the cat at the same spot previously, manage to find it somewhere near the original area after awhile.
The cat saw me opening the can and lost it, it seemed very impatient for its food.
So I laid the newspaper and opened the can (with some difficulty), and placed the food on the newspaper.
The cat ate happily and after 5 mins it stopped when there is still like half can of food remaining. It then walked away from the food.
Whatttttt.
I attempted to bring the food near it again but it rejected.
Then it went to an another corner :(
Thankfully I remembered that there is another residential cat nearby so I went to its usual hangout place and there it was.
I placed the food near it and this time round, the cat did not even look at the food at all. It just walked away.
I tried for a few more times until I felt that the cat was so fed up it walked away and flopped on the ground.
Heartbroken me got my heart shattered again :'(
I have some theories:
1. The cat food is not nice (but I fed the same food to the second cat before and it finished everything)
2. They have been fed regularly
3. The first cat is actually finding someone to play with, but I mistaken it for being hungry
Anyways I had enough of cats rejecting me (even when I went the cat cafes the cats were not very friendly towards me), so I don't think I will feed them again in the future.
I sound like a crazy cat woman here omg.
