Currently done with second week of school!
Shall give a brief summary of my thoughts of the modules I'm taking this semester.
CM4011: Advanced Analytical Chemistry
So far not bad. Sort of remembered some of the contents cause did it for some experiments during lab in Year 2 I think. But a bit content heavy and need some memorising.
CM4015 Introduction to Atmospheric Chemistry
Lecturer is a japanese. His accent is.. Sigh. Content-wise I foresee quite a bit of calculations. Some contents is similiar to one of the electives I'm taking this sem: ES8007.
CM4021 Current Topics in Inorganic Chemistry
Lecturer is funny. Thought that I loved inorganic chemistry but.. LOL. Lecturer kept referring to the old modules he taught us during Year 2 which I can't really remember lolol. He also spoke quite fast so some parts I can't really catch so I had to watch the recordings after attending the lectures (First time so hardworking lol). And also there is class participation involved but as said before, can't remember much so I didn't contribute anything until now.
CM4032 Current Topics in Synthetic Organic Chemistry
Took this only to clear my Year 4 PE as it has no exams. If not I will never ever take it. Organic chemistry is something that I will never ever understand OTL.
ES8007 Climate and Climate Change
My type of electives. Sort of interesting to me? I'm a sort of an earth science fan. So yay! But lecturer is very draggy and likes to say a lot of stuff for every slides which I THINK are not very relevant but yeah..
HP8006 Psychology of Crisis Stress Management
My favourite module of the sem! This course is about how humans react before, during and after disaster. Also to prepare myself on how to react during a disaster. Lecture is super duper interesting cause it's like a story-telling session with real life cases. So I totally enjoyed every lecture so far. But a bit content heavy as for all psycho modules.
Went to cut my hair today! Been awhile since it has been this short.
Actually wanted to ask the hairdresser to recommend some hairstyles but she said my hair is not straight and recommend me to rebond it before trying out different hairstyles :(
Sigh.
Went to proceed to say my hair is too dry LOL. Because of me dyeing it I think?
But I don't think I can live with black hair anymore. And I bought dye again yesterday LOL.
Actually when I was young, hairdressers always comment about my dry hair.
So it actually doesn't make a difference if I dye it or not right? LOL. Since it's also gonna be dry after dyeing.
Maybe will consider rebonding after next year when I start to work.
And that brings to another worry.
There is career fair at school next week. Shall go down to take a look.
